The Mediterranean Diet

U.S. News & World Report ranked the Mediterranean diet No. 1 for the third year in a row. With an emphasis on whole grains, fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, olive oil, and some lean meat and fish, it is not so much a diet as a balanced way of eating and lifestyle. In 2017, Stella co-wrote A Mediterranean Cookbook. Meet her and learn how easy it is to make healthy Mediterranean eating a part of your life.

Let Stella help you balance your diet to include the right carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals, and guide you on what to eat before after and during your runs.

New Beginnings

Between the ages of 40 and 55 (for some women even younger), women will begin to experience menopause, yet many know little about it. Symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and depression can range from being annoying to completely debilitating. These workshops are for women to have a place to talk freely and openly with other women experiencing symptoms of menopause. Menopause is real and while the symptoms can be unpleasant, they can also be alleviated. If you are experiencing it, you are not alone. Together we can support and help each other through this time.
