Meet Stella
Founded in 2010 by Stella Chan Marinaro, Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist, Stella has coached countless fitness trainers and exercise enthusiasts on how to fuel their bodies and get the best results. She has worked in clinics and schools, collaborated on projects addressing nutrition trends worldwide, published nutrition articles, appeared on television and collaborated on several cookbooks. Along the way, Stella has helped countless clients lose weight. She is truly dedicated to helping each client achieve balance.
Growing up, fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and tofu were always featured on Stella’s family dinner table. She added spinning and running to the mix, completing six marathons around the world, and soon fitness and nutrition became the cornerstones of her life.
In 2007, Stella attended Columbia University, graduating with a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Applied Physiology (exercise). Knowing that her own healthy habits were fostered at an early age, Stella strives to educate others on becoming happy, healthy and well-balanced.
In 2017, Stella published A Mediterranean Cookbook and hasn’t slowed down since. She is achieving balance traveling the world, meeting new people, running, cooking with her family and friends, walking in the park with her miniature dachshund, and watching Hulu and Netflix.
